We Offer On Call Toronto Airport Shuttle Pick Up Service

• Pick-ups are available on-call from 5:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight for check-in guests only and can be scheduled by calling the hotel at 1-866-459-1234 / 416-620-6805 / 416-620-1234 or using the courtesy phone at Terminal 1 & Terminal 3 once you have your baggage (Luggage restrictions: 01pc unaccompanied baggage + 01pc carry-on per adult. Extra baggage chargeable). We are currently operating a limited shuttle service - please check with the front desk for timing.

• Please check with the hotel Front Desk to arrange for Drop Offs and Pickups.

• Shuttle is only available for guest pick-up (check-in) and drop-off (check-out) and runs exclusively between the Hotel and the Pearson International Airport (YYZ).

• Shuttle service is not available for car rental pick-up/return, baggage pick-up or any other purpose.

• Shuttle service is not available for UP TRAIN (Union Pearson) express pick-up or drop-off.
