Toronto Pearson Airport Hotel Shuttle (YYZ) Policy:

Pick-ups from airport can be scheduled by calling the hotel at 1-866-459-1234 / 416-620-6805 / 416-620-1234 or using the courtesy phone at Terminal 1 & Terminal 3 once you have your baggage (Luggage restrictions: 01pc unaccompanied baggage + 01pc carry-on per adult. Extra baggage chargeable)
Drop-offs should be scheduled with the Front Desk one day prior to your departure or at check-in if you depart the next day.
The Airport Shuttle Service is on call and provided for LIMITED time until further notice.
Shuttle is Available from 5:00 AM to 11:55pm.
NO Shuttle Available from 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM.
Shuttle is only available for guest pick-up (check in) and drop-off (check out), and runs exclusively between the Hotel and the Pearson International Airport (YYZ).
Shuttle is NOT available for car rental pick-up/return, baggage pick up or any other purpose during guest stay.
