Preventive measures regarding COVID 19 Pandemic.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, every one’s health and safety is important to us. As we have adopted a new way of life, our entire team is dedicated to high standards of cleaning and preventive measures as expected by our guests.

Following steps have been enforced for wellbeing of everyone during Covid – 19 as per Best Western I Care Policy:

  • Public area cleaning practices based on health Canada and EPA guidelines
  • Social distancing measures and signage in lobby area
  • Hand sanitizer stations placed throughout the Hotel
  • Sanitize all touchpoint areas at regular intervals
  • Complimentary Grab N Go breakfast from 05.00 AM 06:30 AM
  • Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 9:30 am daily
  • Shuttle service from Pearson Airport from 5:00 AM to Midnight with limited frequency. (No shuttle service from 12 midnight to 04.59 AM)
  • From September 22,2021, guests 12 years and older must show proof of vaccination when dining in the breakfast area and at the in-house restaurant. However, This does not apply to take-out breakfast/food. Proof of Vaccination is also required for admission to the indoor whirlpool and exercise room
