Hotel Information & Guest Policies
Plan your stay with confidence at Best Western Plus Travel Hotel Toronto Airport. Below you’ll find important information about check-in and check-out, reservations, payments and deposits, cancellations, parking, and other hotel policies to help you prepare for your visit.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: Any time after 2:00 PM. Early check-in requests may be accommodated when available and may be subject to an early check-in fee.
Check-Out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests may be accommodated when available. A fee of $10 plus tax per hour applies, with late check-out available no later than 3:00 PM.
The minimum age to check in is 21 years.
Deposits & Payment
A valid credit card must be presented at check-in. A $250 CAD pre-authorization is required for the security deposit and incidentals.
Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, cash, or Best Western Travel Card. Best Western Travel Cards must be presented to Front Desk staff at check-in.
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The hotel may pre-authorize the credit card on the day of arrival, except for applicable prepaid reservations. Visa Debit cards cannot be used to guarantee a reservation or for the security deposit and incidentals.
If the hotel is unable to secure the required credit card pre-authorization, the reservation may be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations booked directly with the hotel must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date.
For reservations made through an online travel agency or other third party, please refer to the cancellation policy provided with your booking.
Please retain your cancellation number for your records. Adjustments cannot be made without a valid cancellation number.
Children & Additional Guests
Children aged 12 and under stay free when sharing a room with a paying adult and using existing bedding.
Room rates are based on single or double occupancy, except where otherwise specified. Rooms with two beds can accommodate up to two adults and two children aged 12 and under using existing bedding.
Additional guests over the age of 12 may be subject to a charge of $20 per person, per night.
Please provide the correct number of adults and children when making your reservation.
Cribs
Baby cribs are available complimentary upon request and are subject to availability.
Parking
Complimentary overnight parking is available for registered guests during their hotel stay only.
Long-term and extended parking are available for an additional charge and are subject to availability. Please contact the hotel directly for current information.
Smoking & Pet Policies
Best Western Plus Travel Hotel Toronto Airport is a non-smoking property.
Pets are not permitted. Please contact the hotel directly if you have questions regarding service animals or accessibility requirements.
Late Arrivals
For late arrivals, the first night's accommodation may be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. Taxes and applicable fees may apply.
Your reservation will be held for late arrival when guaranteed with a valid credit card.
Currency
All hotel rates are confirmed and charged in Canadian dollars.
Currency exchange rates fluctuate daily and the hotel cannot guarantee a specific exchange rate.
